You will be_ managing and coaching_ a team of 20 online (in office) sales consultants.

A Day in the Life of a Pre-Owned Sales Consultant:

  • Engage customers with detailed vehicle information, emphasizing features, benefits, and unique selling points.
  • Execute automobile sales while presenting additional products and services.
  • Source potential vehicles and overcome customer objections with professionalism.
  • Utilize marketing data and sales management tools to maximize sales efficiency.
  • Maintain meticulous records, including sales reports and billing invoices.
  • Stay abreast of new products, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • This position is based in-office, embracing the vibrant downtown lifestyle and is not remote.

We’re Seeking:

  • An experienced Automotive Sales Manager with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership sales position within the automotive industry who is ready to break free from the traditional dealership hierarchy.
  • A visionary leader with VSA certification and a valid driver’s license, demonstrating a proven track record of converting prospects and achieving sales quotas.
  • A self-motivated, passionate individual with exceptional communication skills, capable of building and maintaining customer rapport.
  • An individual seeking to escape the rigors of working every Saturday and late evenings, eager for a dynamic role with flexible hours.

Salary: $110,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
