Job responsibilities:

  • Work with the team to establish contact with potential customers and sell vehicles to the customers via phone, email, text and other means.
  • Manage, understand and document the customer’s needs with detailed notes through the use of the CRM system.
  • Be consistent with the follow up process and responding to customers’ inquiries in a timely fashion.
  • Evaluate and assess the customer’s credit history, income potential and ability to pay.
  • Sell vehicles from inventory or help source vehicles for customers.
  • Book appointments with customers to discuss various vehicle financing options along with warranty and aftermarket product options.
  • Negotiate with customers.
  • Collect all the required supporting documents ahead of time to complete the funding process in timely manner.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Be compliant with Government and VSA regulations.

Qualifications required:

  • Automotive sales and/or finance experience.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of automotive sales qualification.
  • Knowledge of used vehicle market segment, familiarity with vehicles available on the market and understanding of automotive market trends.
  • Familiarity with the products offered by different lenders, their scoring systems and other qualifying criteria.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and fully understand credit reports.
  • Working knowledge of DealerTrack and automotive CRM systems.
  • Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
  • VSA license is required or must be licensable.
  • Positive attitude, honesty and strong work ethics are the must.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: We offer two compensation structures for this position: a 100% commission option and a tiered hourly pay arrangement. Candidates can choose the option that aligns best with their preferences and goals
